Mr Price App App Reviews

I live in the USA and have always loved Mr Price. Its exciting to be able to access the online store using an App. Now I can view all the latest trends and my mama in Africa can get it for me :)

Its great that Mr Price have made an app..BUT..it very slow on my phone and Sisters Samsung Galaxy Tab. So that area needs to be modified..but overall its great that you can shop from the App

Might as well use the website since this application gives pricing in your current locations currency with no ability to change it. Even after signing in with my account I have used back home in local currency it still displays AU$ even with my country set to South Africa. I am a South African wanting to buy clothing in my moms city which she can bring to me on her visit. Why would I want to pay an inflated price in another currency when I intend to use my local FNB credit card. Really annoyed and disappointed since the app itself looks decent.

I love shopping online at mr price and was super excited when I saw theres an app. This app freezes all the time and I have always had to go to the website and purchase all over again. I prefer using the website.

Needs bug fixes, freezes frequently, doesnt open categories sometimes, and very slow.

Downloaded the app about a month ago and opened it up just to see how it worked and it worked fine then, but now it has been 3 weeks since i have been trying to open the app and it doesnt work anymore. The app opens but it just displays a white screen and nothing else..a restart doesnt work wether you restart the app or the phone. Can your developers fix this issue

What a frustrating experience, this App is by far the worst shopping experience!!! It is extremely slow! Please invest in a company that can enhance your App to better your customers experience NOT frustrate them which in turn leads to a loss in sales!!!

The recent update is not user friendly. Cannot access Mr Price Home or Sport from there and most pages give an error when selected. Extremely poor shopping experience

Brilliant update, that makes shopping with mrp a breeze. Checkout without the stress!!!

Honestly worst app ever. When the app was first released, it worked and was great. Especially loved the 'find in store' feature. But then it stopped working. The location was constantly off, I'm in Cape Town but would show stores with items stock in Durban/Johannesburg and never my actual location or stores near me or in my city for that matter. And The app is completely useless now, when I try to open it, it shows a blank white page and that's all it shows. No matter how long I wait. Unresponsive, unimpressive. DELETE!
